Wedding Hall in Bangalore with Outside Catering Allowed
Choose your own caterer. The hall has a service lift, a dining area for 200 and a terrace for separate vegetarian dining.
Why catering freedom matters
Food is usually the biggest cost at a wedding and the part guests remember. Many halls in Bangalore tie you to their own caterer. At AFSON Convention Centre in HBR Layout, outside caterers are welcome, so you can compare quotes, keep a family caterer, or hire a specialist for your community's menu.
Built for caterers to work easily
- 1 service lift for carrying food and equipment, plus 2 passenger lifts for guests
- Dining area for 200 guests at a time
- Terrace for separate vegetarian dining
- Basement parking so caterers' vehicles do not block the road
Tell your caterer the hall layout early, and we can arrange a visit for them before the function.
In-house options if you want them
If you prefer one point of contact, in-house decoration and DJ are available. You can mix: in-house decor with your own caterer, or the other way round. Call 94804 47789 to discuss. See the rates page for hall prices.
